Dialoca has developed a powerful, heavy-duty Software Suite whose main components are:

Logos: This voice-recognition engine integrates the latest technological advances and thereby offers high performance.

UniMedia®: This middleware, based on open, distributed, modular architecture, adapted to multiple environments, guarantees optimal interoperability and availability.

VoiceXML and Unimedia Interpreters: These interpreters can be used to run applications on the Dialoca platform, either in standardized VoiceXML format or in Dialoca's own richer format.

Studio: A total application-development environment.
 
 

Dialoca's R&D department, based in Paris and Brussels, is made up of senior doctors and engineers, and works in partnership with LORIA, a lab with international renown in artificial intelligence. Dialoca has participated in European projects such as IVOMOB (on-board voice recognition). Dialoca was recognized as a "Key technology" by ANVAR and labeled an "innovative business" (eligible for an innovation investment pool fund in its capital).

The Brussels R&D pole

The main mission of this pole is to keep the voice-recognition engine performing at the highest level, optimizing algorithms and integrating the new processing processes. Its goal is also to invest in new, buoyant market niches, such as automotive, consumer electronics and home automation. New projects using voice-recognition software are being prepared in these sectors. This center also directs various standardization projects for emerging standards such as Voice XML, SALT and Aurora.

The Paris R&D pole

The engineers in this pole developed the UniMedia® platform, a fundamental part of the Dialoca line. So it's natural that this team's mission should be to advance the architecture and its components, upgrade the development graphics studio and add new functional processing modules. Constantly in touch with the teams that integrate solutions for our customers, this pole implements specific developments that add functionalities while guaranteeing overall coherence.

The strength of Dialoca's solutions is in the innovative association of its recognition engine, its application platform and its method of implementation.
